Payment policy
Your therapist will contact you after booking to arrange payment. To secure your appointment, full payment must be completed within 6 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Zelle / Navy Federal – Preferred payment method for clients with a U.S. bank account. Email: Martaoki2016@gmail.com
PayPal – Please send payment to Martaoki2016@gmail.com and select “Friends & Family” to avoid transaction fees.
Credit Card – Available for clients who are unable to use Zelle, Navy Federal, or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Card payments are processed in Japanese Yen based on the daily exchange rate and are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
Whenever possible, we encourage clients to use Zelle, Navy Federal, or PayPal to avoid additional transaction and currency-conversion fees.
If you have a preferred payment method or need assistance with payment, please communicate directly with your therapist.
Cancelation policy
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or canceled; however, we require that our clients give a minimum of 24-hour notice. Any appointments missed or canceled without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. If you don’t comply, unfortunately, we will not be able to let you book with us in the future.
